Water Baptism

Have you asked Jesus Christ to be your Lord & Savior?! The next step in your relationship with Jesus is water baptism! 

Once we have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior, baptism is a way for us to publicly declare our new life in Christ. It is also a step of obedience based on God’s commands and allows us to follow the example of Jesus, who submitted himself to baptism to "fulfill all righteousness." Baptism is symbolic of the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ.  You are laying down the old person with its sinful ways, and stepping into the new and grace filled life that God has prepared for you. You are trusting God to empower you, strengthen you, and guide you to live your life as a follower of Jesus that is holy and pleasing to Him!
